Driver / Crew Lead
Lead the day with clear communication, safe work habits, and close attention to the client experience. This role is a fit for someone who can guide a crew and keep a move on track.

What you will do
- Run the job from arrival through closeout, keeping the plan and the pace
- Operate the truck safely and complete the daily vehicle checks
- Brief the crew, assign the work, and hold the standard on protection and care
- Serve as the client's point of contact on site and answer questions plainly
- Complete inventory, condition notes, and job records before leaving
What we are looking for
- Valid driver license with a clean record
- Experience leading a crew or running a job site
- Confident operating a box truck in residential Austin neighborhoods
- Comfortable with sustained physical work and lifting throughout the day
- Able to pass a background check
